Soulful Necessities for your Mind, Body, and Spirit

IT'S THE FIRST FULL MOON OF THE YEAR

AND IT'S TIME TO SET YOUR INTENTIONS FOR 2017.

Full Moon Meditation Holistic Rain

The first full moon of 2017 is on Thursday, January 12th at 6:34 AM EST.  Full moons are about releasing what no longer serves you with a focus on new beginnings and fresh starts. This is an ideal time to get clear on exactly what you want to get rid of, emotionally and physically, and exactly what you'd like to manifest into your reality this year.

This moon is known as the Wolf Moon, and is a powerful opportunity to reflect, recharge, and reassess where you are in life, what you want to create for yourself this year, and how you're going to make it happen.

By creating a static image or even a mental video in your mind, you’re activating a group of cells in your brain that reinforce that visual, as well as the outcome you want to achieve. The act of visualizing your goals is actually based on neuroscience principles.

Vision boards are powerful tools that help you to get clear on your intentions, stay on track, and manifest what you desire.  Define your dreams, create the visual stimulation, and then trust that everything is being lined up for you!

What you'll need:

1. A poster board or canvas
2. Magazines - choose several different publications
3. Glue
4. Scissors
5. Your creativity!

Choose images and words that represent your truth and make you feel empowered, energized, and excited for what the future holds.  Create a sacred space for the vision boarding process: light a candle, play some relaxing music, and put your favourite essential oil in your diffuser.  Hang your board where you can see it often, preferably next to your bed or in your meditation space.

Most of all, enjoy the process.  Invite some friends or your children to join you, or have your own private ceremony.  Whatever you decide, I trust you will create something magical, and I trust you will create a life you love.

Wishing you a year of blessings,
~ Kelli ~
